IS the lighting in the Acela the same as NER? Which uses fluorescent bulbs vs incandesant? Which are adjustable per car, at the discretion of the conductor?

One Pro is the NER over Acela is it moves, sounds and just feels like a big ol' train...vs a silent monorail.
