I was just on #14 Sacramento to Seattle (3/21/15) and there was a PPC. It was busy so if you want to eat lunch or dinner there make your reservations early!
I'm actually on #8 right now. Train was delayed getting out of the yard at Seattle last night, something about a car being added. We lost a second hour waiting on a siding as a freight set out a car that was leaning.
Nice to know this additional information about bottle vs. wine by the glass. I'm guessing you can't take your bottle from the first dinner back to the dining car for the second dinner right, just for consumption on your own in your sleeper?
