So I just had to call Amtrak up and cancel a phone reservation. I gave them my reservation number and that was it, they canceled it. They didn't ask for my name, address, not even the stations in the reservation number. Is this normal, or was the rep. being lazy?

I'm traveling from NYC to Charlotte this Wednesday and my dad will be cat-sitting instead. Just have a friend or family member take care of your cat.
