They don't look dry to me.

Lots of people add some kind of salsa to chorizo, potato, egg, and cheese breakfast burritos.

When I make them here at home, a couple of times a month, I usually use El Pato or Tapatio, but add it on the end where I'm going to take my next bite rather than slaver it all over the burrito like a gravy.

Sometimes I use a salsa verde instead.

On the train, ask for the smoky tomato sauce that comes with the lunch quesadilla and some tabasco.
