Parlor Car Breakfast Burritos

Anybody know the brand of the parlor car breakfast burrito that is served? I found them to be very delicious.

The link says they are "fresh made", so I would guess the brand name is Amtrak, except for the flour tortilla and the chorizo.

From that pic, they look like they could be dry as a log! I hope they put some gravy or something on them to moisten them up a bit.

They don't look dry to me.

Lots of people add some kind of salsa to chorizo, potato, egg, and cheese breakfast burritos.

When I make them here at home, a couple of times a month, I usually use El Pato or Tapatio, but add it on the end where I'm going to take my next bite rather than slaver it all over the burrito like a gravy.

Sometimes I use a salsa verde instead.

On the train, ask for the smoky tomato sauce that comes with the lunch quesadilla and some tabasco.

I love a breakfast burrito with plenty of salsa! Add refried beans and japalenos and am in heaven in the parlor car!
