On Time Performance

I remember seeing a link to a website (I think it was a website) that showed the historical on time performance for various trains. Could anyone give me some direction as I can't seem to find it now. It would be appreciated.

I am particularly interested in the Empire Builder arriving a GPK (East Glacier Park). We are making planes for next summer.
