Most scenic Eastern rides-end of Nov.

We're trying to decide which Eastern trains to ride Nov. 22-30. We have no specific destination (maybe WAS or NYP). We just like to ride and see the scenery. We are seniors. We will depart from LCH. It would be nice to see some Christmas decor and snow. Thank you.

Well, unfortunately, you will have missed the fall foliage changing of colors. So, I would take the Adirondack. Montreal is a decent destination, and there's the Queen Elizabeth Hotel right in the station, I believe.

Yeah, I'm afraid you have selected bad dates for a scenic ride. The leaves are going to all be down and the trees bare. Also you will lose an hour of sunlight after we switch back to standard time. You are also too early to see much in the way of snowfall. I don't think you could have picked a more drab time to do this. Sorry.
