For a First Class (Sleeper) pax, what do meals consist of?

While that railroad drive-through could make a wonderful TV commercial, I don't think it would ever happen in real life; there are significant construction costs with building a drive-through that are only worth spending if you're going to get a large number of customers.

And it sound like the items you get to order for free if you're a sleeper passenger are:

breakfast: one breakfast entree, one side, and one non-alcoholic beverage

lunch: one entree, and one non-alcoholic beverage

dinner: one entree, one desert, and one non-alcoholic beverage

Even McDs is better than airline food. Airline food is the only thing its better than, but still..

A few additions to the above.

For breakfast, you can get two non-alco beverages, namely juice and either coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

For lunch, add desert to the above list.

For dinner, add a salad and dinner roll, although you don't really get to choose those, they just come with the meal. Although you do get to choose your salad dressing. :lol:
