Chase Sapphire Preferred card

I'm trying to get Chase to deposit the full 50,000 promotion points for my card. They've asked for the 12-digit promotion number. Anybody know what that is? It's for the 50,000 point promotion from last spring, around April I think. I don't have anything in my records that seems to be what they're looking for.

That's really strange. 50K is the standard offer, and should still be active. Are you sure they aren't asking about the "extra" 50K offer (total of 100K points), that was floating around for a short while?

I would just send them a screen shot of the below web site, to verify the 50K offer.
