[Cascades] Wifi on Cascades trains

I used to have very good wifi experience on Amtrak Cascades trains, but recently (for almost a year now) I found that the wifi doesn't work on most train sets, particularly in coach. The two new train sets have great wifi service, but the 5 old ones are bad.

If you are "lucky" to board on Mt. Baker or Mt. Rainier, you'll fail to obtain IP address.

Wifi always works: Mt. Bachelor, Mt. Jefferson

Wifi sometimes works: Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams

Wifi seldom works: Mt. Olympus

Wifi never works: Mt. Rainier, Mt. Baker
