Acela Menus

So Amtrak has three different rotating menu's for Acela's first class. I am finally going to get to ride at the end of the month and I went all in with a 1st class ticket.

How do I know what menu will be in place when I travel on the 28th of June?

The first step I would take is to call them. But it is not 100% guaranteed whatever the agent said will be on the train.

They just started with Cycle 2 on Wednesday. On the 28th it'll be Cycle 3. Be advised that the menus on Amtrak.Com are out of date.
