Looks like 91 (Silver Star) southbound left Richmond but never made it to Petersburg. Anyone know what might have happened?

I saw issue near rocky mount, not sure its related or not.
A train derailment in Halifax County about 20 miles north of Rocky Mount left Amtrak passengers stranded Friday night, officials said.
Around 11 p.m. Friday, about two dozen delayed passengers were milling around the Rocky Mount Train Station and more were waiting aboard trains. Some of the passengers said they still were waiting for a train scheduled to arrive at 3:16 p.m. Friday.
Initial reports said it was a CSX frieght train that derailed. Another CSX freight train derailed in the middle of Smithsburg, Md., around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to The Associated Press.
