Nothing is firmed up yet, but it looks unlikely. Most of the stuff that is planned is on the high side or can worked around with pull/pull operation.

A few shifts are being explored. It may be GCT or outright cancellation of one or two. We'll see. Look for less LIRR and NJT trains as well.
