My title is perhaps a little cryptic- I am planning a trip out to the west coast and have been looking at car rental prices. I am thinking of renting a car and driving between San Luis Obispo and Sacramento, but to my dismay the cost of renting an SUV (Enterprise) went from the $400-$500 range...
