Could geographic location have something to do with it? I'm in California and maybe my connection was handled through a different portal/server than yours in Florida.
Just worked fine for me. Login ok and my account displays fine.
Windows 10, MS Edge and Chrome both worked ok.
The app on my Android device also looks ok.

I just watched 5 and 6 pass each other on the Arvada/Big Ten Curve camera while a freight waited patiently in the siding.
6(5) was 21 plus hours late; 5(6) was 6 plus hours late. 6(6) is running in the "green".
Heard it was due to extremely high winds (90 mph)!

I would rather have a few hours than an hour or so. Enough time to grab something to eat, etc.
That said, I always build in an overnight between connecting trains (Chicago, New Orleans, Seattle, Portland, Emeryville). LA is my "home" station.

Good point! It used to be called "Points for Shopping" under ways to earn. I can't find it ether. Retail and Specialty Partners has always been there along with Points for shopping.
I can't even find my shopping history and a couple of pending transactions.
Hope this is temporary.
The info about access during this construction project could be better.

about CHI there is a link to an image which shows access points, etc. More useful than the Chicago Union...
