Modifying reservation questions

Splitting the payment between cash and points is one thing (not sure that can be done). Changing the method of payment after making the purchase (not sure that can be done either), may be problematic also. As Niemi said...check with AGR.

2. Split payment methods
3. Reverse payment for two tickets
4. Repurchase two tickets with points
5. Maintain the original discount price
If you were in Amtrak’s shoes would this sound like a reasonable request to you? Even if they agreed I’d be concerned that something would go wrong trying to mix so many requests with a core booking system from the 1970’s.
