Free Trip?

I see in my coupon, I have a free trip.

Says this..

Free trips are earned through an Amtrak Guest Rewards promotion. Free trips earned during the 2016 1-2-3 FREE promotion will be available on your "My Coupons" page on July 2, 2016. To use your free trip coupon, please call 1-800-307-5000 and reference the eCoupon#. If you prefer, you may print this coupon and present it to an Amtrak station agent.

As the info sata, you can book your free trip in coach after july 2, 2016.

Being that the 1-2-3 promotion was for the Acela and Northeast Regional, I'd assume those are the trains the coupon would be for. Basically ride 3 times on those trains, get 1 free.

Yes, if it was for the NER, the free trip would be for a NER only, and if it was for Acela, the free trip is for a NER also (I think).

The_traveler is correct. If you earned this by doing 3 NER trips, you earned a free NER round trip from 7/2 to 8/31. If earned on the Acela, then you get a free Acela round trip
