Baltimore tunnels are flooded out as well, nothing moving on the NEC through BAL until the water goes away.

Amtrak should do that too. Charge those at the station $20 each for the water feature.

What is with half of the video being obstructed by those popup videos? Is that a new think from youtube or is the author of the video responsible?
I live in western PA. I have not heard one word of flooding in the east. We have had no heavy rain here in weeks.
