Just want to note that I started a thread on the 2018 TIGER grant awards a few days ago.

We are going to be on 3 in May, don’t suppose track work will be complete then.

Huuuumm. $4.6 million in wages paid to 51 Amtrak employees in New Mexico.

If they were just awarded the money, I doubt if work will even begin by then.

That about $90,000 each. Probably not out of line since most of them are probably engineers/conductors,with a couple of ticket agents and a few management types thrown in.
