Recommended Posts

Students! Apply by March 3 for a fellowship that will pay expenses to attend the NARP Spring Summit in DC.

Sounds like a good crisis...er a good chance that should not go to waste.

Don't know how long NARP has been doing this, but I think it is a good way to get young people involved important rail advocacy.

Any idea roughly when we'll hear back? The submission confirmation says March 1 but that's obviously not possible since the deadline is after.

Yeah I noticed the same thing when submitting mine in, yet it accepted my application for review. We'll have to see.

I also applied

Well good luck. Hope I get it too. We need some representation in the NW.

Oh well, too bad that I did not get the fellowship nomination. Better luck next time, I guess.

Thank you. I think it's a high honor to even make it to finals. I didn't think I would get selected to be honest.

I was just received the news I'm the fellowship winner.

Congrats!

I made it to the finals, but that was it.

I did not even get to the finals. It's as if that I got third place in the World Cup qualifier yet losing the inter-division playoffs. Here's what happened, in short form. I applied, I waited, and got a response that basically said "Thanks for playing the game, but sorry, that's it".
