AT minot,nd theres been a p42 engine number 15 sitting here in front of the bnsf crew office for about two or three days....anyone know why

Thats the only thing I can think of at the moment.
Could the engine have had a problem of some sort? But it would have been hooked up to the next returning train if that were the case in order to get it back to CHI.
