In a race to cancel the $99 card before renewal date, I called 2 weeks early and was told I would loose the month's points because of mid cycle cancellation. I did anyway, but points still appeared at end of month and cancellation went w/o a hitch. Phone call was simple w/o pressure.

Where else can you show up in semi pajamas (to the depot and board the night 98 in Kingstree) except on the train. Asleep and completely relaxed by Florence. At NYC in time for lunch at Train Hall. "Nothing could be finer."

The Clem(p)son depot is very close to campus and easy access. Also the stop is above the "Atlanta cutoff." Have a great trip, the delays beat driving I 85.

We tried a bid up on #97 from coach to roomette w/o success, although it was a low effort. Without knowing the number of empty beds or the accepted bids, it is hard to judge the futility of the process.
