I don't understand why they would want to go with a company that is doing such a bad job on the current contract.
And, the company apparently wants more concessions?
(Acutally, I can; lobbyists with lots of $$$ and promising jobs in someone's district)

This is a good thing. The cars were 6,000 pounds overweight, late and they had to reinforce some bridges to accommodate them.
