7 was stopped at Wisconsin dells. I was walking into the coach behind the diner to time my arrival for 6 pm reservation. There were people standing in the coach and the LSA was paging the conductor to the diner. A server rushed into the coach and went down stairs to do something. Not sure. After a few minutes the train started moving and the pax called back into diner. My 6 pm seating was delayed 20 minutes.
