I am connecting from the Empire Builder in Chicago April 6th to Memphis on the City of New Orleans. I just booked my tickets on the city but only just now noticed as I added them to Apple Wallet that the departure time from Chicago is 5:20pm with a 3:40am arrival in Memphis. If i search the Amtrak site for other dates over the spring/summer, most show the normal later departure with early morning arrival. There was no notice when purchasing of a temporary change, does anyone know why this is?
