Keep an eye on the website for numerous cancellations due to the impending Storm Toby. This storm will impact eastern operations.

I am on 97/19 and, fortunately, we managed to get through Central Florida before the tornado warnings in this area.

We're getting a lot of ice in Delaware. It's so noisy against my windows I need to turn down the volume on my CI processor.

There are a lot of cancellations. It probably would have been easier to list what was actually running!

Anyone planning to travel should check their train status prior to departing, allow extra time to get to the station and be extremely careful in stations and on platforms. My MARC train is running about 10 minutes late. Some slow running between Seabrook and Odenton. Not a lot of snow yet, but there might be some ice. About to enter the b&p tunnel.
From FB: "CETC 1 and 2 issuing instructions to raise second pantograph." <-- most likely due to icing.

Matching that list of cancellations against W-2, looks like 94 and 97 are the last trains in/out of WAS for the day, with only a few Keystones running north of PHL after that...

Still very quiet on NEC - just two Amtrak trains running at 8:31. Regional 141 (southbound Springfield, MA through train) and northbound Vermonter (56.) Wow we get all our scheduled service here today in Springfield area while all the major NEC cities have massive cancellations.

I would imagine 141 will be a full train from NYP south today.
