The train left New York very early today and seemed to arrive in Washington very early. Then, she sat. She is due to depart Washington very soon from when this post is written. But, why did this occur?
 
It has to do with End of W Palm Beach Safety Patrol Trains?.

Unfortunately for some people, it didn't end.

Is this what happens when we don't start a dedicated thread for the year?
