Milwaukee tv news is reporting 40 auto breakins in the parking lot by the intermodel station this weekend. Generally I feel more secure leaving my car at the airport stop, than the downtown stop.
 
When I lived in Milwaukee from '75 to '95, I often left my car overnight and longer at the lot across the alley, under the freeway, for Amtrak customers, and never had a problem. Is the alley to get there still paved with bricks laid perhaps 100 years ago?
 
Don't remember brick paving, just gravel and some blacktop, but it has been several years since I used that station.
