Article in this week's San Antonio news blog announced sale of several blocks of property surrounding our historic Sunset station. There was implication that station may be included (to be confirmed).

This would be good news if new real estate company has the ability to transform our station up to level we have seen in Denver and Seattle.

Does anyone which companies were involved with these developments?

Local companies in both cases.  I don't know which ones.  You might be able to retrieve the information from RTD (Denver) and Seattle Department of Transportation (Seattle) who were the lead organizers on the respective projects.
