According to a trainorders post,#97 and #98 were both delayed in Orlando due to the need to spot the trains with both in the station @ the same time.

During the dwell, a 90+ lady wasn't able to walk the block necessary to board her Coach.

The 2 agents @ the Station were unable or unwilling to assist her, so Super SCA Leo made sure she was assisted to her Coach so she didn't have to walk alone in the 94 degree humidity filled heat!

Once again kudos to Leo, a HOF SCA and the Best I've seen in my over 70 years of riding trains!!

Thanks Jim for posting this. Leo is a superstar and has received many awards for his "over and above" service. :)

And here I thought this was about a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO)....

Good story, anyway.... :)

The station agents did nothing so Leo ROARED? There are those that do as little as possible and there are the superstars that "leap" to the occasion and "take a bite" out of mediocrity.

Leo.... :p
