This service has been suspended until at least tomorrow due to a collision/derailment between two UP trains. Both tracks through the area are blocked. Pictures are included in the linked article.

UPDATE: Two Union Pacific trains were involved in the crash. One train rear ended the other while both were headed eastbound on the tracks.

One train had six railcars derailed, and the other had two locomotives and one railcar derailed, according to Union Pacific Railroad. The crash happened in Gasconade County and spread to Osage County.
