How many are there? About 5 years ago I ate at one close to the Airport while I was visiting.

Just three. Seattle, Bellevue and the airport. According to the article, the new King Street location will replace the existing location off Denny Way.

That is great news since one of my fairly regular thing is to take an early morning Sounder down to catch the Coast Starlight and gives me a place to grab breakfast without waiting for McCoy's Firehouse to open at 8. A bit pricey, though.
