The fees range from 320,000 yen to 950,000 yen per person when two people share a room.

I like Japanese trains a lot but spending a minimum of $5700 is a bit much for me. Especially compared to a 14-day JR Rail Pass for $415 instead.

I used to be with ‘it,’ but then they changed what ‘it’ was. Now what I’m with isn’t ‘it,’ and what’s ‘it’ seems weird and scary.

The train looks incredible - two story spaces, etc. It's almost, dare I say it, SUPERTRAIN!

We are looking into it, if they open reservations back up beyond 2018.
