Yes.
The substitution occurred prior to Charger testing and will occur long after testing concludes.

I believe Mt. Adams is scheduled to be back in service sometime in May.

Wow, that's a long rotation!
Explains why I've been unable to book business class on the 510 for a trip in April. I assume it's running with an SSL?
