Sleeper - The Acela Lounge was fantastic - greeted by maybe his name was Lannie - friendly and helpful since it was our first time in that lounge. Left our bags while we went sightseeing before we had to leave. Absolutely love the lounge. We got on board the train - though it was quite a walk. The attendant greeted everyone and stopped by to give us information - there was a call button and when we wanted the bed made up. Left WAS on time - dining car food was good steak and some sort of crabcake with shrimp.
Breakfast - this train had the french toast, the only thing I would suggest is stop serving 1/2 grapefruit both trips there were tablemates who got the "fruit" thinking it would be a mixture of fruit or fruit cocktail, but couldn't eat the grapefruit because of medications they were taking.
We arrived to Chicago on time. all in all the trip was very nice - the employees seem more professional
