Hi all,

I tried searching this but just put us in a family bedroom for 3 adults. We are fine with bed set up and said this when I upgraded my reservation. The agent knows all are adults from our coach reservation.

So miss worry wart here is now thinking one of us will not be allowed to board :(

For those who want to know, we will put two on the lower berth, feet to head and one on the upper berth, no stinky feet allowed! :)

Are we fine? Does anyone know?

Headed to Reno again, sister is joing my mother and I.

Thanks a bunch.

The ticket has all 3 of us on it. I figure we are okay. We will see when we board!

Thanks

The family room should be fine for all of you. I am 6'8 " and still use the shorter bed by the window. I love the privacy of being at the end if the car on the lower level with easy access to bathrooms and shower.

Just rode the SWC in family room LA to Chicago.

Better be REAL good friends. Two beds are less than 5 foot long. Two adults can fit on lower bed....but really friendly.

Upper adult bed is for one only.

Call it adventure sleeping.

It's fine. I have several times booked 3 adults in my bedroom. My wife and I share the bottom (we don't mind the closeness) and my adult child took the top.

On only one occasion my wife and myself slept on the lower bunk and it was only for a few hours when the EB was 12 hours late. I am medium build 5'11" and my wife is a slender 6' . it is doable but I would not recommend it for heavyset people and two in that small bed can make bathroom breaks a challenge.

That's exactly what I am planning to do for an upcoming trip. A bedroom in SM.

Three adults, a couple (the two of us) and brother (in-law). We are 6'3", 5'7" and 6'2" respectively and we mean to make it work.

Thanks for all the replies.

Traveling with me is my mom and sister.

My mother and I have shared a bottom bunk in a bedroom and were fine.

We tried sleeping weirdly in a family bedroom once that didn't work.

My mom thinks she will be able to sleep on the child bed.

We will be fine, better than coach which was our original plan.

The only outlet is next to the door do bring an extension code if you want to use it more easily.
