Hi,

It is 11pm and I am a bit tired, so I may be making a simple mistake...

I have just started to upload some pics to Yahoo Flickr, for the first ever time.

When I try to paste the codes into the AU page, it states something like "that picture extension is not allowed on this site"

Do any of you guys use flickr, and is it possible to show a pic from that in a post?

Cheers,

Ed.

Thanks for the input, I was getting the same results, but assumed something was wrong because of the "extra text" showing under the photos, such as "image xxx" by xxxx on flikr.

I was looking for a "picture only" option if posssible, but the text underneath is not too intrusive.

Thanks again,

Ed.

Happy to help!

If you don't want the picture to be link back to Flickr, you can even extract just the url for the picture and slap some IMG tags around it. The URL for the picture will start with https and end with .jpg, so

Code:
https://c5.staticflickr.com/4/3843/14669336300_c559a546e5_b.jpg
in my example above. Put a (IMG) before and a (/IMG) (replace the parenthesis with square brackets, if I type it that way the forum tries to use them) after it and Bob's your uncle.
