As of now, EMD has released a few demonstrator units of the SD70ACe-T4, which is the SD70ACe that meets the Tier 4 emissions standards. They're currently testing with the UP, and I think will also test with a few other freight carriers. I think I also heard that CSX has tested them as well. If anyone spots any SD70ACe-T4's or hears of any news, post here.
