The eastbound California Zephyr arriving in Chicago later today has the New York Central business car Portland on the end of it. This car, NYC 3, was built in 1928. Amtrak #6(05) was almost an hour late when it came through Agency, Iowa, and it happened to meet a BNSF coal train.
