Hello, would anyone have pics (interior) of the "special roomette" offered on the Heritage Sleepers? (this was for the handicapped/disabled)

Apparently, it looks like it was two roomettes put together.

Dimensions were 11'6" long x 3'6" wide.

(I have the 1992 Amtrak's America brochure...page 55).
