Two Silver Meteor 98 near Jax on Amtrak Location map?

That train 98, the one in green still at Jacksonville as of 7:40 Eastern October 12th, has been shown there since train service was suspended during the South Carolina floods. I'm assuming that means at least a locomotive is still sitting there, but why aren't they moving it?

It could just be a data issue (i.e. there's a stale train which didn't arrive at its terminal that nobody went in and deleted)

There was an 822 @ OKC in mid-September that stayed there for many days. The dataset I get is straight from Amtrak, and don't think I'm going to filter out such trains.
