I did not use AGR for an upcoming trip and MAY need to reschedule. Does anyone know if I can just change the dates of travel without any monetary difference, or do I need to cancel and rebook.

If you booked your reservation online, then you may be able to modify the reservation after you have logged into your account. But it is likely the fare may change (up or down) and may affect your payment due.
If you booked via phone with an agent, then you would need to call Julie.. and asked to talk to an agent. Then use the term modify,,not cancel with the agent and they can change your reservation.. again it may involve a new fare if you are changing dates, locations, etc. of the trip.

You can rebook, but due to the bucket Fare system it may be More money or Less!
It's best to call and "modify" your rez with an agent, not cancel, because there may not be a room available on the day you want to reschedule!!
If it's More you would pay the difference, if it's Less the agent will refund the difference or issue an e- voucher for future travel, your choice!
*Most of the time the fares and room charges go up but they can go down!*

Since he's changing the date, I doubt modifying vs cancel/rebook will help with room availability. We tell people to modify when they're making a non-date / non-room change on their rez, such as trying to get a lower price.
