Yup - Winter hit the Twin Cities early. Steve's pics from Union Depot show a typical January thaw type of evening -- temps above freezing by a few degrees, fog, and no wind! . Lovin the weather here, walkin around St Paul in just normal clothes plous a hoodie and boots
