Spent couple hours today in the Metropolitan Lounge today and I know you guys in Chicago don't want to hear it but, but the LA lounge crew deserve two thumbs up!! Seriously they continuously go through the lounge cleaning, stocking snacks, and take proactive action to help people with luggage. The passengers today waiting for the SWC I think were somewhat surprised that the attendant and red caps were all trying to help without being asked.

Yes, very nice place to wait for your train. The only other one I've been in was PDX and that was a few years ago.
