In case anyone was curious, there's a pair of maps in the April Amtrak Ink giving some more clarity on the new management structure. At least I thought they were interesting, though I don't really know what to make of some of the structure.

so if I'm reading the names correctly on that map, there are no women listed as deputy regional managers or higher?

If I didn't know better I'd think you were a troll Lion!

I'm a retired Govt Employee and some of the Best Bosses I ever had were Women plus there is True Pay Equality in Civil Service!

Perhaps the Good Old boys Club doesn't want Women on Beech Grove during their Junkets,er Inspection Trips!

I'm not trolling. I believe in women's equality. I'm married to a woman some would call a feminist, and the rest would call a femme****. I was making a semi joke. Women do tend to think differently then men. A woman bright enough to have a substantial high level career in an upper management position would be bright enough to spend her time and energy in the corporate climb in a more relevant operation that would be less likely to fall out from under her.

Men tend to think less long term when they chose their employment. There have been women upper level management at Amtrak. I forget her cursed name, but for example, that doofus who de-named the corridor trains under Warrington.

I agree completely Lion! Also some of the Worst Bosses I had were Women! I'm a big believer in True Equality in Employment Except in Proffesional Sports! (ie the WNBA for example! Not even women pay to watch that !LOL)
