I just love customer service. It's the people I can't stand. Joke. However, I have thought for a long time that " The Customer is always right was one of the world's biggest cliches. Over a year ago I was on the Capitol out of Chicago and had the pleasure of having Jordan Lombardo as my sleeper attendant. I hope you will be able to train with him. You will be in good hands. Best of luck.

I remember a conversation I once had with a very wise supervisor. I told him the customer is NOT always right & he said. "True. The customer may not always be right, but the customer is always the customer." Treat people like real live people & you can't go far wrong.

As for the pay rate, it's been so long ago that I don't remember & if I did, the info would be out of date.

Nobody seems to have an answer to the actual question the OP asked, but folks are compelled to make a comment anyway?

During training, it's something like 40 or 50 dollars per day, flat rate...if they have brought you in from someplace else, of course they also cover your hotel and give meal vouchers...you don't become an hourly wage earner until after you've passed training.
