Traveling CHI-STP, CL/SM, on an AGR Reservation. If I were to get into WAS on time and wanted to switch to the Silver Star, would I have to go thru AGR or could I do it with the Ticket Agent at WAS? ( the reason I ask is the difference in distance of Bus Ride, Orlando - STP vs. Tampa-STP)
Thanx

I'm not sure but I think you would first have to have AGR change it (which they may not do) before a ticket agent could change it for you. I could be wrong, and I hope I am.

A training I will go ... !

Why wouldnt they do it if it was available?

Nope, no AGR needed. I've done it twice now coming in off a LD train and getting an earlier Regional train to my final destination.

Just drop into the CA and they'll take care of you.

Yes, I know that.

Shouldn't make a difference.

No harm in trying to do it in the Club Acela. If the agent refuses, just call up AGR and ask.
