Has anyone ever had missing points added to their account after filling out the form and submitting it from the AGR site. On the three or four times I tried it, nothing happened till I caled in. I waited 48 hours and resubmitted but nothing was ever credited. I guess the answer is to always call in and not use the form.

Yes, I've had some success using the online request for missing points. I'd say maybe 40% of the time that I've had a problem it worked. My rule however is, I'll try twice via the online system, then I call. And I wait 3 days between each attempt.
