I'm wondering if there is a website that can record the Amtrak rail trips on a map.
Like the OpenFlights.org and flightmemory?

I use an enlarged color copy of an Amtrak map, sharpies, and colored pins.

Since all of the railroads are private, I doubt that there is any public information on which to base such a thing.

On the other hand, I have recorded my path on the train using my GPS.

I suppose such a feature could be added on the basis of the Status Map.
