Apparently Amtrak now goes to Pinheiro, Brazil! And for 3000 AGR points!I won't ask why, but where is PHI?

Sadly PHI is the abbreviation that Fox Sports and ESPN and many sports outlets use during Philadelphia sport team broadcasts. So I guess PHI does exist to some.
