Was on Amtrak.com this afternoon and noticed that you can book AGR tickets directly through Amtrak.com instead of going through AGR's website. Not sure how recent this is. But I just noticed it. So if your looking to book the Simply tickets for AGR head to Amtrak.com now.

Still only the simple tickets, no connections or sleepers. Also seems to be no obvious way to logout, be careful if using a public computer.

Out of curiosity, can AGR currently issue e-tickets? Obviously only on the Downeaster right now, but I'm curious if it's possible. I tried going through and doing a test booking, but I was scared off by the message that my points would be held and not potentially released right away.

From what it sounds like AGR is issuing eTickets.
